Aerodynamics and ergonomics - the flared Black Inc Integrated Aero Barstem takes both to new heights!
Going far and going fast are not mutually exclusive. The medium-deep aero profile is the result of research and development, initially using CFD (computational fluid dynamics), then testing prototypes in a wind tunnel. The result is that it outperforms leading brands of aero handlebars and is also exceptionally light in weight. What's more, the handlebar is as comfortable as it is fast, thanks to thoughtful ergonomics with more backsweep to provide a natural wrist angle at the top, greater distance between the hands. The beveled corners provide longer reach to accommodate Shimano and SRAM gear systems.
The Black Inc Integrated Aero Handlebar/Steerer is designed to fit both the OSTRO Gravel and OSTRO VAM . For gravel riding, you can enjoy the extra control that the wider drop gives you on descents; for road riding, choose your regular drop width and benefit from a much better aero position thanks to the narrower hoods. You also get a GoPro-style computer mount, which can be adjusted for optimal angle, and a second mount for lighting or an action camera.
The handlebar only fits electronic gears and disc brakes and the cables can be fully integrated for a clean and stylish look!
